Who is Valon Nikçi?

Following the American Dream, Valon has built several successful businesses which embody his ambition and passion.

Valon is the founder and president of Link NY Realty, founder and CEO of Bedrock Company,publisher of Bronx River Journal and co-founder of N’MAL. Valon is a licensed real estate broker in New York and Connecticut, and certified Notary Public in New York. Additionally, he sits on the  board of several municipality commerce chambers and not for profit organizations.

He is a member of local, national and international real estate organizations, holds multiple certifications in Real Estate and has earned many National Association of Realtors Accreditations. He has also earned multiple Designations and is a member oftheForbes Business Counsel.

Valon and his work have been featured in Forbes, The New York Times, Daily Mail, as well as other local, national and international publications.

Valon’s Story

Valon’s life began outside the United States, across the ocean in the war-torn country of Kosovo. He was born and raised there but was displaced with his family at a young age in 1999. As a war refugee, Valon came to the United States that year, began to work towards achieving his American dream, as a busboy in a Manhattan restaurant. While working full-time Valon continued his education, earned a college degree in Business Management, and continued working toward his dream of becoming a successful entrepreneur, committed member of his community, a dedicated family man.

Over his career, Valon has founded and co-founded multiple companies in the United States and abroad. Valon and his team at Link NY Realty have successfully helped thousands of people throughout the years in buying, selling, and renting properties, including representing famous people like Maya Angelou. At Bedrock Company Valon has successfully developed multiple real estate projects, and at N’Mal, in the mountains of Kosovo, he has built luxury vacation properties.

Valon has always been active in his communities, constantly searching for ways to help or get involved. He understands that life can be stressful for some and is always looking for a way to help. In order to get involved, Valon became an active board member of the commerce chambers for Bronxville, Eastchester, Tuckahoe, and Mount Vernon and additionally, Valon contributes in different ways to other nonprofit organizations. Building and improving his community is of paramount importance to Valon.

Personal Life

FamilyResiding in Westchester County, New York, Valon is a proud father of two boys and is married to Vjosë, a school teacher in the New York City public schools. He and his family are living their American Dream, spending their free time together and engaging in several hobbies. Valon’s hobbies include playing and watching soccer, appreciating music, running, biking, and reading real estate books. Through all the work of running multiple businesses, Valon always makes time for his family.

Valon makes the most of every minute and strives to get the best out of everything he is involved in. Whether he is building his businesses, giving back to his community, or supporting his beloved family, Valon is always looking for ways to create a better tomorrow.
